Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. While we try to get out orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 1-2 business days to prepare for shipment.
Item(s) are shipped out via UPS,USPS, or FEDEX.
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships so be sure to provide a valid email that you check regularly. We'll also use that email to contact you in case there are any issues with your order.
Confetti Cartel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your package for delivery status!
Buyers responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.

We have a strict 14 day return policy. Items must be in original condition.
Please note that Confetti Cartel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost of the returns.
